He not only CAN use emergency reserve funds for SNAP, he is LEGALLY REQUIRED TO DO SO according to the USDA’s own regulations. And the worst part is, you already know this but are still lying about it.

President Trump cannot use emergency funds for SNAP without Congressional approval.
Senator Smith should do her job and vote for our bipartisan bill that fully funds SNAP.
