$NEAR has quietly become one of my larger crypto holdings, and I just DCA'd this dip. Near Intents is an actual problem solving product - enough for me to rotate half my Monero ($XMR) into it. They've built an all-in-one privacy wallet that lets you hold BTC, ETH, SOL, TRON, XRP, ZEC, DOGE and most major tokens privately in one place. And you can send/receive them to their native chains. What I like most recently (beyond the Twitter hype) is their ability to generate consistent and growing volume during a bear market. Most crypto products see volume and revenue fall off a cliff in bear conditions - NEAR is sustaining and actually climbing. Their buy-back mechanism needs about ~$177M of daily volume in order to become inflationary. They cleared that level in the past few days. Their daily volume is on an ascending slope and doesnt seem to be slowing down. This isn't as much of a gaurnteed play like Hyperliquid (now my second biggest bag), but the foundations and the signs are there. Especially with the recent ZEC exploit, NEAR can take real share and attention in the privacy realm. On top of that, they have serious long-term AI integration plans and partnerships with products like Venice AI. AIs will need a seamless, cross-chain way to transact with each other - and NEAR isn't just planning for this, they're already delivering. Their founder, Illia Polosukhin, came from Google and is one of the co-authors of "Attention Is All You Need," the paper behind the architecture that powers ChatGPT, Claude, and every modern LLM. In conclusion: NEAR is a clear asymmetric bet worth accumulating during these tough times. The ceiling is extremely high if they pull it off.

So far, my Bitcoin analysis has been accurate since the November 2022 market bottom. However, on most occasions I have lost the psychological battle, leading to poor decisions and mistimed entries. One consistent pattern remains: My analysis eventually proves correct, but often only after I have already lost approximately 30% of my invested capital. The key question is how I will handle this cycle? I have decided to stick to my analysis and remain primarily in stablecoins for the time being. Going all in on Wormhole was likely a desperate move.
