Bottom line: A welcome win for Pashinyan and his vision which 🇪🇺 can support. But without parliamentary supermajority, and with two to three adversarial opposition parties in the parliament, peace process is under threat.

What can the 🇪🇺 do? 1) Support 🇦🇲 democracy. 2) Invest more in connectivity. Lock everyone's commitment by shaping opportunities, and conversely costs if peace collapses. 3) Engage in conflict transformation. The durable peace needs a shared sense of justice and dignity too.

Nikol Pašinjan přesvědčivě vyhrál 🇦🇲arménské volby. Cesta k míru s Ázerbájdžánem ale bude ještě trnitá, i proto, že mu velmi pravděpodobně těsně unikne ústavní většina, kterou potřebuje k vyhlášení referenda o nové ústavě: tou Baku podmiňuje podpis mírové dohody.
