Die Annahme, dass entfristete PostDocs für immer im Wissenschaftssystem bleiben, setzt voraus, dass alle für immer auf TV-L E13 bleiben wollen?! Ich finde das schon im 1. Jahr nach der Promotion unangemessen und finde in der Wirtschaft deutlich bessere Möglichkeiten. #IchBinHanna

Gehaltsverbesserungen sind ein guter Grund eine sichere wissenschaftliche Stelle zu verlassen. Außerdem: Verschiebung von fachlichem Interesse, Wunsch nach besserer Infrastruktur/Ressourcen für die inhaltliche Arbeit, Umzug aus privaten Gründen, Wechsel auf Professur #IchBinHanna

It's so exciting being almost finished with your thesis! Today I'm working on a couple of small items on my to-do list:
- make above paragraph more logical
- find a reference or remove that claim
- make section title make sense
