I admit it. I am a Sam Presti fan. Not only because he leads my hometown @okcthunder but for the lessons on leadership I have gained by observing & listening. I use his approach in the courses I adjunct. I knew leadership/mgmt studies would be written on his vision & execution.

I appreciate the opportunity to contribute to this article. Our state is fortunate to have some great providers serving in this space & @careprovidersok is honored to work on their behalf.

Honored to keynote a conference hosted by @NSURiverHawks School of Social Work Friday. My career path has provided unique opportunity to gain insight on serving our neighbors in Oklahoma. Thankful that @careprovidersok has provided deeper context on serving our seniors.

There's real wisdom in this perspective. Surround yourself with colleagues who will challenge you to think differently and provide you competing perspectives & data points. Foster an environment of constructive dissent.
The smartest people I know all have this in common: They change their minds often. It’s not a weakness, being wishy-washy, or a sign of flaky beliefs. It’s proof that their ego doesn’t outrank new information. The goal isn't to be right, it's to get it right.
