On this day, 4 years ago, i was getting ready to intercept the Andover, Kansas #tornado by ground and air.
A tornado warning had not yet been issued, and the fire chief was watching this unfold on my FB live stream, and sounded the sirens.
Miraculously, there were no lives lost from this tornado

Oklahoma has asked for and will ultimately receive a legendary pounding of snow this weekend, with 6-282 inches of snow possible, as well as a digitally-curated snow tornado courtesy of Braums (extremely low chance) between 5-5:30 PM on Saturday. It will also get very cold after the initial pounding.

Finally dug deeper into this winter event, here's the bottom line. Increasing confidence in an ice/sleet event across a large portion of central TX and a snow event across Oklahoma and extreme north Texas. We do not know the magnitude of the risk yet though.
