Thrilled about this partnership between NU London (@NortheasternLDN), the Bulgarian Competition Law Association (bgcomplaw.eu), and the National Institute of Justice (nij.bg/en) to deliver a 1-day training for Bulgarian judges and magistrates on "Effect on Trade between EU Member States and (in)effective application of Articles 101 and 102 TFEU".
The training will take place in Sofia, Bulgaria on Friday, 13 September 2024 at 9.00-17.30 EEST. One of the panels will include a follow-up study on the empirical research Alexandr Svetlicinii and I carried out for the project "Judicial Review of Competition Law Enforcement in the EU: Empirical Mapping 2004-2021" (mappingcomplawreview.com/, @or_brook, @barryjrodger).
