Advice for @JohnLewisRetail - when the women’s toilets are closed on the ground floor, don’t have an employee with zero understanding of disabilities deciding who can and can’t use the accessible toilet.
Told me I could only use the toilet if I told him what my disability was!

I told him not all disabilities are visible. He said his manager told him only pregnant women (I could have been) or disabled people were allowed through.
1. Why was a man given this sensitive task?
2. Why don’t your staff members have adequate disability awareness?

@Ofstednews just as your inspector entered my classroom, the technology failed - no objectives, no task explanations. Nothing available. Your inspector stayed and watched me crumble then gave awful feedback to my headteacher. I had a panic attack every observation after that.
