Being active is a clinical need, not just a 'lifestyle choice'. Working to help clinicians and their patients talk about 'being active' for health. #never2L8
Great new SR/MA by @AvanderMade at a time when I feel we are may be at the point of no return when it comes to “muscle-tendon” injuries in football.
Not all “tendon” injuries are BAD but it’s rife amongst clincians and we’ve dragged coaches and players into believing this too!
💬A typical muscle injury grade discussion in 2017
Player/coach: Is it a grade 1, 2 or 3?
Me: None, prefer to call this a 2c injury
P:🙄
💬⏩2024
M: We are working on a short to moderate time out. We are calling it a Gr2
P/C: Is it, b or c?

Being boring is boring guys! But if it gets the job done it’s definitely worth it! We are all batting at 11 so let’s not get ahead of ourselves and start playing shots. Defend your stumps. One ball at a time and let Stokes do his thing #StayAtHome
Just think of it this way...
We are Jack Leach and the NHS is Ben Stokes
All we have to do is stay in and assist our partner so they can get us through the battle!
Don’t be taking any risky singles though! Lyon might not be able to catch, but you could catch Corona!
