Patient w recurrent genital herpes infections persistent symptoms (burning/cutting sensation,sensitive skin) despite treatment AND NO LESIONS. They are not making up symptoms!π‘ think POST-HERPETIC NEURALGIA (Pudendal nerve). It happens with other nerves, why not with the PN?
