I've seen a tons of times the "asking pronouns is bad becouse they let you know they clocked you" and I'm like... I get why it's annoying but the alternative seems always to ignore the fact that "just assume" will mean that a chunk of ppl will just assume wrong.

100% this. Everyone will keep complaining about how ppl they hire are never good at their job,then procede to select candidates via "the best compulsive liar award".
Recruitment is a broken model which doesn't suit ND or many other people at all. It rewards dishonesty and exaggeration and there is no way ND people fit neatly in the box displayed.

I didn't think I was neurodivergent becouse I can navigate the rest of social life decently (even if in my peculiar way), but when I entered the job market I realized is like everyone else has a little instruction book with the rules of the game and I don't.

I can't find the survey to check the notes for the data collecting, but every time I see this chart it drives me insane.
Are "men" and "women" only hetero cis ones or is a cumulative value of everyone? Why bisexuals are not divided by gender?

tbh I actually don't understood why describing a romantic relationship as "more than friends" makes some people upset. it literally is more than friends. are you not friends with your romantic partner? doesn't that make your romantic partner friends PLUS romance? aka, more?
