We @zazukocom wrapped the excellent carml RML implementation by @panomaria in a HTTP service so it can easily be scaled out on cluster infrastructures & called from non-JVM code as well.
We use this to convert millions of XML files to RDF, get it here github.com/zazuko/carml-serv…
