1/ Necrosis = cell death (unlike apoptosis, it does not occur naturally and is not programmed) This short #Tweetorial shows you some of the histologic flavors of necrosis. The stain in each of these pics is hematoxylin-eosin (H&E) #pathology #pulmpath #pathtweetorial

One of the biggest achievements of the Modi–Shah leadership has been the steady dismantling of Red Terror. A movement that flourished for more than four decades, and whose defeat once seemed nearly impossible, has been decisively defeated within just 12 years under the current govt. The backbone of the insurgency has been broken, and affected regions are finally moving towards peace, development, and stability. #NaxalFreeIndia #EndOfNaxalism

The price of booze has increased from ₹160 to ₹190 - nobody is complaining. Gutka price has increased from ₹5 to ₹7 - nobody is complaining. Meanwhile, petrol prices have risen only by 30 paise per km. But you are complaining. Oil is purchased overseas, hauled all the way to India, and you are able to buy it without a problem - that's not a small achievement these days. Narendra Modi is the first Prime Minister who has prevented killat (shortage) for Indians. Look at Pakistan, Afghanistan and Bangladesh - they are all suffering from shortages." The man is wiser, more intelligent, and more nationalist than liberals and the people influencing them.

> Meet Amrita Bose, a woman who left her corporate career in Kolkata to build a completely free smart school in a remote village, providing free education, meals, computer classes, & skill training for mothers. > TMC leaders demanded ₹2 crore from her. After she refused, the school was attacked, computers were looted, & the school was shut down. > Today, after BJP’s victory, she has finally regained her school. Look at the date on the board. Look at the joyful screams of the children. Where are the so-called liberal, communist, women-centric supporters of TMC now? This is not just one school, there are many such stories.

I usually don’t post about anything other than oncology/medicine but felt compelled to do so today. The world feels a little quieter today. To me Asha Bhosle wasn’t just a voice we listened to she was a presence that lived in our homes, our memories, our emotions. I grew up with her songs playing in the background. I remember weekends, late nights, long drives, hours and hours of her voice and timeless music. She lived through personal struggles and loss yet never stopped. She kept going. She kept creating and kept evolving. In a world that often moves on too quickly, she stayed relevant and will always be. She never stopped experimenting, never stopped learning, never stopped singing. She sang her first song in 1943 and her last song was recorded 2 months ago! 83 years of music! Truly phenomenal. She was truly the last of the greats. And with her passing, it feels like an entire era has quietly come to a close. For many of us, this isn’t just the loss of a legend, it feels deeply personal. Rest in peace @ashabhosle #AshaBhosle

One polluted river. One 19-year-old who refused to look away. While others ignored the stench and waste, Bittu Tabahi showed up—every single day—cleaning what an entire city had neglected. From plastic-clogged waters to revived ghats, his effort is bringing life back to the Ajnar River. This isn’t just about cleaning. It’s about responsibility. If one person can spark change, imagine what all of us together can do. #RiverCleanup #YouthForChange #SaveOurRivers #EnvironmentalAction #CivicResponsibility [River Restoration India, Youth Environmental Hero Story, Water Pollution Awareness India, River Cleanup Initiative, Civic Responsibility Campaign]
