este é um desabafo real oficial faltam aproximadamente 2 meses pra minha reserva de emergencia acabar e nao consigo ainda viver do real oficial como eu ja falei algumas vezes aqui o real oficial se sustenta mas nao me sustenta estou enfrentando um problema que sempre sonhei em ter mas achei q iria dar conta: o fluxo de caixa nos ultimos 12 dias crescemos 22%, de 50.3k de mrr pra 61.5k isso prova que enfiar dinheiro em ad da resultado, porém eu nao tenho giro por exemplo, temos 22k pra receber de cartao em d 30 12k de imposto pra pagar daqui 8 dias nosso custo fixo é próximo de 10k, a infraestrutura escala maravilhosamente bem tivemos picos com 3 mil usuários simultaneos usando ao mesmo tempo e o custo nao disparou somando 10k de custo fixo imposto temos quase 25k de custo fixo (é bom lembrar que o imposto escala com faturamento) blz antonio 25k de custo fixo pra 61k de mrr sobra 36, cade o dinheiro? nós estavamos colocando 15k/mes em ad nesses 12 primeiros dias subimos pra 1k/dia em ad praticamente todo nosso lucro está sendo reinvestido em aquisiçao desde que começamos a operar, seja em ad, ugc, micro patrocinios de podcast, parcerias fizemos muita coisa de graça pra terceiros que comeu nossa margem e lucro eu nao imaginava q desse pra chegar nesse tamanho sendo 100% bootstrapped nosso cac gira de 30 a 40 reais ltv medio de 3 a 4 meses ai que entra o desabafo, se eu nao conseguir fazer isso escalar provavelmente pra 100k de mrr em 2 meses terei que procurar um emprego hoje meu custo de vida gira em torno de 25k, tenho uma filha autista e a soma de todas terapias dela comem 12k por mes se vc tiver interesse de conversar e tiver uma proposta top vamos fazer acontecer, eu ainda nao to desesperado, to olhando o mercado lá fora e a situaçao ta bem ruim pra todo mundo ainda tenho meu carro pra penhorar e sobreviver por 6 meses tambem to abrindo de 10 a 20% de equity do real oficial caso voce queira investir sei la, vamos conversar essa é a primeira vez que empreender tá dando certo pra mim e nao gostaria de desistir do projeto, eu trabalho nisso 20h por dia e tenho longos planos temos diversos usuarios, os que amam e usam o dia todo, os que amam e usam de vez em quando, os que odeiam mas pagam, nosso icp é uma loucura chegamos até aqui sendo somente 2 pessoas, eu e o @paulogrego_ nossa equipe é extremamente enxuta e eficiente tamo junto e bora crescer
