Start with:
1. Who has the problem?
2. Who knows they have the problem?
3. Who has money to fix it?
4. Who can decide quickly?
That is where your best prospects are hiding.
Most founders don't need more leads.
They need a clearer reason for why a specific type of customer should care.
A list gives you names.
Positioning gives you replies.
