Today, I spoke with President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva of Brazil to discuss a range of bilateral and regional issues, including the emerging political situation in Venezuela following their presidential election.
We agree on the need for an immediate release of full, transparent, and detailed voting data at the polling station level by the Venezuelan electoral authorities. And we pledged to remain in close coordination on the issue.

I am a primary care physician and I tested positive for #covid19. My symptoms are minor with runny nose and mild sore throat. I feel I was extra cautious but the virus finally infected me after 19 months. In no way do I consider this a failure of the vaccine or medicine. A 🧵

On the contrary it is proof of the triumph of science over this terrible virus. If not for the #vaccine and #Booster I am certain my story would have been a different one. I have mild nasal congestion easily treated with OTC meds. #Asymptomatic #omecron
