Google Scholar just informed me I hit 100 citations. As someone who never took a traditional academic path (aka unknown affiliation 🤣), that means a lot. Proof that you do not need a conventional lane to create work that matters. scholar.google.com/citations…

Love this clip. Two solid minds at work.
What's your potential? It's one of the best practices I do. I'll say to somebody, I really want you to spend some time to think about what your potential is. See if you can get a vision, use your imagination to get as clear as you possibly can about what you believe you're capable of. I just want to see and feel that compelling future and I'll do the same for you. We agree to reconvene the next day. The person was thinking about overnight and then I'll say, do you want me to go or do you want to go first? This allows you to align and see what a person's potential is.

Why is it so hard to quit smoking, drinking, or put down the phone? Experts say it’s not weakness but wiring. Our brains evolved to seek rewards that once ensured survival, but today’s substances and screens hijack that same system. #BrainHealth loom.ly/rmlbJPg

If you want to add a multiplier to that, have them actually schedule those goals in their calendar. Precommitment is one of the most undervalued levers in behavioral science (that's behavioural to you @guru_paul 😉).
For each goal that a member reports making progress on, their risk of cancelling in the next month falls by approximately 10%. Tracking visit frequency as a goal is just as important as other physiological measures. #lunchtimelessons
