I written @Lufthansa_USA @lufthansa 's chatbot 2x. I have called the Baggage Claim Center 18x. I have called Customer Service only to be referred to the feckless Baggage Claim Center. I have filed a Customer Service complaint. I have written the CEO. NOTHING HAS CHANGED.

I hate that I've become an unhinged person screaming on the internet, but I have received no recourse from @Lufthansa_USA @lufthansa. I miss wearing my grandma's necklace. I miss my favorite jacket. I miss the two hours that I now spend calling the Baggage Claim Center.
