Today is my last day at Netlify! it's been a very very good run, and I am going to miss everyone - great team, great product, great 4 years, but I decided it was time 4 a break.
No new job yet - pls don't ask - it'll be a few months. Gonna rest, ride my bike, write, and reset 🌈

I am going on a celebratory/memorial bike ride tomorrow for victims and survivors such as myself of vehicular violence.
this marks the beginning of a new phase of my life where I begin actively supporting survivors and campaigning for change.

this isn't about saving children, if it were, we'd have the supreme court enacting protective orders: against guns, against poverty, against exploitation, for food, welfare, schooling, health, diapers, vouchers, help that actually DOES SOMETHING TO SAVE CHILDREN

one thing many people don't know is that yes, you can, as a pedestrian or cyclist, be found "at fault" for even the most serious accidents when you are hit by a car.
