I will never understand why a woman will treat a child living under her roof with such cruelty.
How do you beat,hurt, and even burn a child, then turn and hug your own child.
No child deserves to live in fear or suffer simply because they were entrusted to someone else's care.

15 years ago, I decided to;
• Wake up at 5 am
• Exercise for 1 hour
• Take a cold shower
• Read daily 50 pages
• Settle for 4 - 7 hrs of deep work
• Have a 50-minute walk
• Sleep 7-8 hours a day.
You must unplug from society's programming to be great as a man.
