Pest is an elegant PHP testing Framework with a focus on simplicity, meticulously designed to bring back the joy of testing in PHP. Created by @enunomaduro.
What are opinions on using @pestphp for PHP unit testing?
I tried it because I am tired of writing long, unreadable test method names in snake_case.
Pest uses Jest as a test structure, which makes it more readable.

I've been working on a new coverage option for @pestphp!
--only-changed
This option will narrow code coverage down to what changes are on your current branch, to help you focus on what you're adding and not worry about the whole app.

No new features. No flashy release.
Just making sure everything works as it should.
That’s the part of software engineering people doesn’t see — but it’s what makes everything else possible.

just released pest v4.6.0 with time-balanced sharding
this was a long-time request from the @laravelphp cloud team; with around 15,000 tests, browser tests and other slow ones need to be spread evenly across all shards
fucking dope
