@Dior your customer service has got to be one of the worst. I contacted them a week and a half ago regarding a recent purchase and have not received any update despite them knowing this was a Christmas present. Absolute disgrace.

They knew this would be a Christmas present, which will no longer make it in time as I am STILL waiting for a solution from your end. Can barely get through via phone and your so called customer service via WhatsApp and iMessage is absolutely useless.
