Most revealing comment today was question by Ukrainian TV journalist. He started his question thanking the US saying his family wouldnโt be alive without US support. Thatโs how many Ukrainians feel. That without American support their lives would be over, war crimes their fate.

#GovTech Rant: A CalHR Occupation Class (e.g. IT Specialist 1) is NOT a position TITLE. Even worse when used for mgmt positions.
Result: People who might fit, donโt apply. Others apply for the salary, even if not a good fit.
This is bad for everyone.
