Said it before and I will say it again... BMI reduction (in those who are overweight) is easily the biggest bang for buck treatment for OA. Followed by topical NSAIDs

Three things really pissed me off this week. 1. 69 yr old lady Tripped fell and landed on knees - pain and worried- ref by GP to orthop Offered 2x TKR - when she didn’t want that got PRP - when that didn’t work - booked for 9k stem cell Rx. Her friend suggested she see a physio!!
