Honestly never ever faced such a bad #CustomerService with other platforms. @flipkartsupport is far better than @AmazonHelp .

1. I ordered 2 items on @amazonIN which were supposed to be delivered on the 8th of March. 2. When the package was delivered, it said it contained all the two items that were ordered. Upon opening it, I found one of them was missing. Yet, I got a msg both items were delivered

I called the customer service of @amazonIN and informed them about the situation. They said they would raise an investigation and I can contact them for updates on the 13th of March.
