@virginmedia Switched to Virgin Broadband but it has become a nightmare. very slow internet , drops at times & all Virgin support does is trying to sell me wifi boosters for £5 a month. This is customer service instead of rectifying issue they tell all's fine & want more money.

For MANY years I had a router that was fine.
You sent me a new one. Not at my request, as I had no problem with the old one. YOUR choice.
This new one is an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. My connection slows down so often that I now have to switch off and on again roughly

Not long finished a 13 hour shift in the NHS let me tel you anyone who thinks this government supports the NHS I will happily disprove it come and see how scared the staff are but will not stop giving care to patients. If you clap and love our NHS please never vote Tory again
