Maybe job websites don’t have to be boring 🙂
Today I’m righting a wrong. When I launched Poly back in February I did what most developers do - I prioritised functionality over design.
Poly worked great, but looked… boring af.
Not anymore!
Poly is now fun to use, as well as useful.
Bit of background: Poly is *not* another AI jobs website. It is a whole new approach to work. It uses AI to help you figure out what you want to do with your life, suggests new ideas, and searches for work on your wavelength.
Now, I want to be honest. There aren’t many jobs on Poly yet 😅 Until I build more features for businesses next month, there won’t be.
But surprisingly, when I speak with users, they don’t just want to find jobs - they want to be able to find and chat with each other. So I’m building fun social features first.
Today Poly is ready for all you curious explorers. Take the onboarding quiz, receive a letter from your future self, get inspired by new ideas, and be one of the first to connect with fellow early adopters when the social features launch.
Going forward, it will always be free to make a profile on Poly, get advice, and find work. And if you do sign up for the Pro membership (needed to place job or freelancer ads), you’ll lock-in a super early bird price for evermore.
But the biggest update is… I’m going to push through the cringe and start posting more often.
