Context is everything.
My entire timeline currently, to paraphrase: If the Knicks lose tonight they're done.
But if you asked any Knicks fan before the playoffs started: "Would you be happy being in the NBA finals with the series tied at 2?"
They would be ecstatic.

It's VERY hard to function as a high level marketer when in the weeds day to day on an account for a long period of time.
That's one of the edges of a GOOD agency. You have multiple high level people on a single account.

Store has a sale? Community knows.
Store has an Event? Community Knows.
Free marketing for tenants. Higher value asset for the landlord. Rent prices can go up.

google ads does not allow placement exclusions in demand gen campaigns. tell me: how you would avoid garbage placements?
