In my experience, such an important issue to highlight @prepyourrep as it can lead to feelings of âless thanâ in an already competitive industry. Whatever the reasons for the commentsthe damage done is lasting & I see so many coming into therapy with @IndustryMindsUK as a result

Pretty horrified by some of the conversations that are being had at colleges with students and between certain agents and students.
Being told itâs probably because your accent is too strong & youâre not British that youâre probably not being seen or getting in the room.

There is so much wrong with this. The way you speak to your students and clients is so important. Your accent is a beautiful part of you. Wherever you are from in the World. Of course itâs important for us to be able to confidently play other characters & use different accentsâŚ
