Homegrown beans are now making an appearance in the ration again to control the costs and minimise bought in feed, with supplies being tight and the costs creeping up, whilst increasing the dry matter of the overall ration. @prfeedservices #beef #BackBritishFarming

Between these 5 silos there is a total capacity of a whopping 250 tonnes!
Each silo will store a different raw material which will then be discharged, as required per ration, into a Tropper for on site mill n mixing.

It’s Tropper Time!
Fantastic to see the @prfeedservices in action this morning.
The Tropper sucks out the raw materials from our specialist S4 Silos, mixes up the bespoke ration then blows the freshly created ration back into Collinson silos ready for the pigs!

Wheat Incoming! 🌾
First fill for these massive S4 Silos at a farm near us today. Barley, Soya and Wheatseed are all enroute to fill the other three silos.
These silos have been fitted with special discharges for @prfeedservices to come and mill n mix with the Tropper soon!
