@WestJet , stop me if you've heard this one before... Waiting on a phone for OVER 4 HOURS is a complete customer service fail... Your online system cannot make my change so I have to call in. Over 4 hours and I'll probably talk to an agent for 10 minutes. #CustomerServiceFail
All I want to do is switch a fare class and get refunded the difference. At this point I'd accept Travel Bank just to be done with this whole thing! 🤬🤬🤬
