Мы обращали внимание на то, что после первых провалов путинская армия начинает укрепляться и что дальше будет хуже, а в ответ слышали, что Путин "сучит ножками". Мы говорили о том, что утром политики из ЕС обещают наращивать военную поддержку Украины, а вечером одобряют повышение закупок СПГ у Путина, что европейские компании продолжают поставлять продукцию двойного назначения в обход санкций, что пока антивоенных активистов лишают ВНЖ, путинские подсоски спокойно пользуются своими двойными и тройными гражданствами, а в ответ слышали, что нам надо бы заткнуться и не лезть в дела Европы. И вот теперь, когда все окна возможностей были благополучно проёбаны, когда экономика РФ была стабилизирована и переведена на военные рельсы, когда большая часть видных оппозиционных политических фигур либо сидит, либо была убита, либо выдавлена из страны, когда ЕС, а дальнейшее оказание военной и финансовой помощи Украине висит на волоске - да, мы не желаем с восторгом призывать к резне ради резни с сомнительными результатами и светлой, незамутнённой верой в исключительно гуманистические и благие намерения, царящие в международной политике.

I conveyed to him that we consistently believe there is no other way to stop the bloodshed and achieve lasting peace in Ukraine except with the support of the United States. For this reason, I suggested to President Zelenskyy to remain committed to the course of calm and constructive cooperation with @POTUS Donald Trump. I trust that good will and honesty form the foundation of the U.S. negotiation strategy.
