Es gibt diesen beliebten Witz, dass eine Partei bewusst als Letzte einreichen könnte und damit an der letzten Stelle am Stimmzettel stehen würde. Kurzbezeichnung KEINE, Langbezeichnung "Keine der Genannten". Wäre legal.
