Every conflict between the west and any Islamic entity, summarized. The only difference in modern times is that the Islamists have developed an industry of systemic victim-playing once their violent attacks meet effective resistance.

A long-winded way of telling you that the terrorist Iranian Islamic regime will now resume selling its oil freely, making $400 million per day, which it will then use to rearm and reestablish itself and, of course, shortly thereafter, continue attacking its neighbors.

Pipes gets the last laugh here. He had the correct measure of the man, while the rest of us were foolishly impressed by Trump’s initial steadfastness in the opening days of the operation. Never doubt someone who has dedicated his adult life to studying Islamism.
Ariel Kahana (@arik3000): The only practical significance of the expected U.S.-Iran memorandum of understanding "is the reopening of the strait, while all the other issues will be discussed later." I.e., Trump will pay a price to return to the status quo ante. Lesson to be learned, once again: Don't start a war unless you have a specific goal and the means to achieve it. israelhayom.com/2026/06/14/t…

Responding to missile attacks by Iran and its proxies gets you a “what the fuck are you doing?”. Perhaps theatrics. Perhaps not. Either way, the Shiite Axis feels it has a free hand and will continue to press its attacks.
⭕️‼️ ANOTHER BLATANT CEASEFIRE VIOLATION: Following sirens that sounded across northern Israel, a projectile that crossed from Lebanon impacted near Neot Mordechai, with several additional impacts identified in an area where IDF troops are operating in southern Lebanon. In addition, additional impacts of several suspicious aerial targets were identified near the Israel-Lebanon border.

This is what Islamists tell themselves in order to justify their attempted and constant extermination of non-muslim religious minorities in the Middle East. The “sin” Israel is “guilty” of is its mere existence as a non-Islamic entity in a region they demand be purely muslim.
Israel is kind of like the OJ Trial for Jewish people. Deep down inside everybody knows that country is guilty as sin but then some people are like, because of history maybe we’ll let em have this one. At least that seems to be the German posture.

Indeed, why?
🚨President Trump told me: "Why did Bibi have to do a fucking attack? I was so pissee off. I let him know. He has no fucking judgement. I let him know that"

Trump has become the Bridge on the River Kwai’s Colonel Nicholson: so engulfed in his task of completing the bridge for his captors (the “deal” with Iran) that he has forgotten who his real enemy is in the current war.
Trump to Bibi: don’t respond. A moment of high tension here after Israeli and American aircraft flew wing to wing in the first phase of this war.

Hezbollah and Iran have Trump’s number. They correctly sense his desperation and now test the boundaries of the new equation he has set vis-a-vis Israel, Hezbollah, and Iran. The more Trump is seen to restrain Israel, the more Iran will press its attacks. Entirely predictable.

Trump: “I will ask Iran not to launch missiles at Israel”. Because that’s how the Middle East works: you politely ask terrorists to please not attack. They are subsequently so impressed with the politeness of your request that they refrain from further offensive action.

Why would a foreign jihadist wear an American flag? To ask the question is to answer it.
Zohran made his own brooklyn aesthetic World Cup jerseys because the absolute last thing he will do is wear a Team USA Jersey and show an ounce of Patriotism. He thought ahead on this one have to give him credit.

Iran and Hezbollah have secured a brilliant equation from Trump due to his desperation for a deal: Hezbollah can now launch drones and missiles at Israeli territory and Israel cannot shoot back. A far cry from fighting and defeating Iran. A very far cry.

No “cash for Iran”, except for the $400-$500 million per day from unrestricted oil revenue, since Trump - in exchange for exactly nothing - is dropping his blockade of Iranian shipping in Hormuz. There will be plenty of “cash”.
U.S. official familiar with the Iran talks tells @DrEliDavid: • No cash to Iran. Any unfrozen funds are limited to humanitarian purchases and require U.S. approval. • No enriched uranium remains. All 60%, 20%, and 3.67% stockpiles must be removed or diluted. • Only temporary sanctions relief: a 60 day oil sales window that expires if no final deal is reached.

Apparently, Ankara is taking Pride Month very seriously. The dictator Erdogan spoke of the “liberation of Al Aqsa.” His mustached Interior Minister now dreams of “liberating Jerusalem,” restoring Turkish rule over former Ottoman lands, and becoming its governor. These fantasies do not stand alone. They come with Ankara’s Blue Homeland doctrine, an attempt to redraw maritime borders at the expense of Greece and Cyprus, while entrenching the illegal occupation of Northern Cyprus. Erdogan, the Islamo-Nazi tyrant, is marching at the head of a parade of delusion, aggression and imperial nostalgia. Cairo should know better than to flirt with the ghosts of General Abdel Nasser. Arrogance and aggression never end in glory. They end in disaster. Ask Khamenei. Ask Nasrallah.

Patient pathways to nuclear weapons now pending, once again.
See our interactive to understand: most of Iran’s nuclear expansion occurred under the Biden administration, the patient pathways to nuclear weapons under the sunsetting Obama deal, and how U.S. and Israeli strikes have done severe damage to Iran’s enrichment program.👇

The left genuinely believes it deserves infinite immunity for its political violence and is genuinely surprised when, on the rare occasion, its members suffer actual consequences for it.
Gut wrenching to see four young people jailed for direct action against an arms supplier to Israel. Years in prison for protesting to save lives in Gaza, with 'terrorism' used despite no jury convicting them of it. A truly dangerous attack on the right to protest.

The United States, Greece, Israel and Cyprus sent a clear message from Houston: cooperation is gaining ground in the EastMed. As countries invest in connectivity, energy security and shared interests, the space for coercion, unilateralism and regional disruption continues to shrink. ekathimerini.com/politics/fo…
