The point is according to Air India docs, no show window is of 4 hours before flight departure. I called before 4 hours including the 1 hour delay of flight departure. You are intentionally not counting flight delay time for refunds even itβs not mentioned in your docs/website

I guess you know the point but still not accepting it. If the flight was delayed for 1 hour then I called before the no show window as flight departed after 4 hours. Why you are not counting the flight delayed time in no show window. You are openly denying your own rules

Itβs like you are not honoring your own rules, if flight is delayed for then flight departure time is also not the original one, then for delayed flight no show window doesnβt make sense, itβs a scam then to save money
