In his earlier role as Director, Directorate of Systems Applications, he has shaped multiple technologically niche efforts ranging from countrywide strategic enterprise satellite communication networks, security risk assessment, and designing multi-tier security architecture for associated information systems. Kapil has also published multiple papers in interdisciplinary fields of Strategic Network & Systems, Information Security and Cognitive SDRs. Quantum AI Global has represented the quantum startup ecosystem of India in the recent roundtable on Indo-Dutch potential collaborations with Netherlands Embassy in India. Further a six month strategic plan will be executed by QET Council of India (Quantum Ecosystems and Technology Council of India). This initiative brought together Indo-Dutch senior officials, leading professors and scientists, industry leaders, investors, and startups. At the outset a significant $38 billion investment flow into Indian startups, fostering a fertile ground for deep tech innovation. We explored India's vibrant quantum ecosystem, the National Quantum Mission (NQM), and joint venture opportunities with the Netherlands Innovation Network India and Quantum Delta NL. Quantum AI Global has proposed capability matchmaking between the regions to initiate an Indo-Dutch open call for proposals under specific complimenting quantum domains.
