கோவில்களில் இனிப்பு பண்டம் மிக்சர் முருக்குவ்விற்பது @tnhrcedept உடைய வேலை இல்லை. @RameshOffcl இந்து சமய அறநிலையத்துறை சட்டப்பிரிவு 23-ஐ படிக்க வேண்டும். ஒரு அமைசராக அவர், அந்த துறையின் ஆணையர், சட்டப்படி வேலை செய்கிறாரா என்பதை முதலில் பார்தல் நலம். அதை விடுத்து சட்ட விரோதமாக கோவிலில் வணிகம் செய்யும் ஸ்வீட் ஸாடால்களைப் பார்ப்பதால் பயன் இல்லை. 2022ல் பொது நல வழக்கு ஒன்றை நான் தொடர்ந்திருந்தேன். கோவிலுக்குள் ஸ்வீட் ஸடால் வைப்பது சட்ட விரோதம் என்றும் அங்கே விற்கப்புவது பிரசாதமே இல்லை என்றும் அப்படிப்பட்ட கடைகளை மூட ஆணையிட வண்டும் என்றும் கேட்டிருந்தேன். இ.ச.அ.சட்டப்பிரிவு 77(1)க்கு விரோதமானது என்பது வழக்கு. இன்றுவரை இந்த வழக்கில் counter affidavit கூட தமிழக அரசாங்கம் தாக்கல் செய்யப்படவில்லை. அதை @RameshOffcl என்ன ஏது என்று விசாரிப்பது அவருக்கு பல விஷயங்களை தெரியப்படுத்தும். இது போல பல வழக்குகள் இன்னமும் நிலுவையிலேயே உள்ளன. முக்கியமாக இந்து சமய அறநிலையத் துறைக்கு கோவிலுக்குள் வேலையே இல்லை என்பதை அமைச்சர் @RameshOffcl தெரிந்து கொள்ள வேண்டும். சட்டப்படி நடப்பதாக பிரமாண பத்திரம் செய்துள்ளார். சட்டம் என்ன என்று தெரியவில்லை என்றால் அதன் படி எப்படி நடக்க முடியும்?! ஒரு 4 நாட்கள் போதும். சொல்லி கொடுக்க நான் தயார். இப்பொழுதுதான் நிர்வாகத்தில் வந்துள்ளீர்கள். அவகாசம் கொடுக்க நான் தயார். ஆனால் படிக்க நீங்கள் தயாராக இருத்தல் வேண்டும். இந்த துறையில் இருக்கும் கூடுதல் ஆணையர்களை (additional commissioner) ஆய்வு செய்யுங்கள். அவர்கள்தான் எல்லா முறைகேடுகளுக்கும் காரணமானவர்கள். அதை விடுத்து கோவில்களில் அவர்கள் கீழே பணிபுரிபவர்களைக் கேட்டு பயனில்லை. சொல்லப்போனால் ஒட்டுமொத்த தலைமை அலுவலகத்தில் இருப்பவர்களை வெளியேற்றாவிட்டால்சில நாட்களில் உங்கள் மீதும் பல புகார்கள் வரத்துவங்கும். அவர்களை வேறு துறைகளுக்கு இடமாற்றம் செய்து நல்லவர்களை துறைக்கு கொண்டு வாருங்கள். உங்கள் கட்சி ஆட்சியில் நீடிக்க அடுத்த தேர்தலிலும் வெற்றி பெற இந்த துறையின் செயல்பாடு மிகவும் முக்கியமானது. உங்கள் தலைவர் @TVKVijayHQ அவர்களிட்டம் இதைச் சொல்லுங்கள். ஜெய் ஸ்ரீ ராம்!

It looks like a bigger agenda is being pushed quietly behind the scenes. 🐾 Stray dogs are not a sudden threat to society. They have existed around us for decades, so why this sudden panic now?
