From Goldman's Delta-1 head, Rich Privorotski: "A panel of Gemini 3 Flash, Kimi K2.6 and DeepSeek V4 Pro, fused together, beat solo GPT-5.5 and solo Opus 4.8 outright, while landing within 1% of Fable 5 at roughly half the cost.” (Openrouter -X ) If true, this is exactly the direction of travel the market has been underestimating. The race for intelligence increasingly feels as though it is shifting from a handful of labs toward model orchestration and open-source ecosystems. That is simultaneously bullish and bearish. Bullish because lower costs and broader access should ultimately drive more token consumption and more compute demand. Bearish because it accelerates token deflation and raises questions around the durability of model economics. The trillion dollar question remains whether lower intelligence costs ultimately create more demand than they destroy pricing power."

Trump doesn’t really care who controls Congress because the law is irrelevant to him. Democrats imagine that they will launch dozens of Watergate-like investigations, issuing subpoenas by the hundreds and so on. But Trump knows he is protected by the Senate filibuster, the decimation of congressional committees since Gingrich, the effective inability of congressional committees to compell administration witnesses, Trump’s implicit promise to pardon lawbreakers and perjurers, the incompetence of the national media, the demonstrated weakness of impeachment and various other factors that have changed since 1974.

👀 👇 Check it out! What does that mean for the rest of 2026 for stocks?
Every single midterm year since 1974. Same pattern. 1974 Ford: −35% 1978 Carter: −15% 1982 Reagan: −17% 1986 Reagan: −10% 1990 Bush: −20% 1994 Clinton: −8% 1998 Clinton: −22% 2002 Bush: −34% 2006 Bush: −8% 2010 Obama: −17% 2014 Obama: −10% 2018 Trump: −20% 2022 Biden: −27% 2026 Trump: ??? Every single one had a significant drawdown. Every single one recovered. The long-term chart kept going up. The question for 2026 is not if it recovers. The question is whether you will still be invested when it does.

Alan Greenspan admitted in the 1990’s that the Fed couldn’t accurately account for the money supply due to the proliferation of products aka the Eurodollar system. Somehow though ppl on this app with a double digit IQ think they can. Fascinating

I think the timing may be off. The unwind is more likely to become dominant after the bulk of mega-cap earnings, unless the war starts pushing index vol higher. The DSPX is still around 37, and the pattern is fairly seasonal around earnings.
