I was profoundly #offended by the recent #advertisement for @MasterClass featuring @neiltyson in which he posits that there were three distinct types of #truth. Setting aside, the marketing value, accuracy is important.

@neiltyson suggests personal #truth, which any #rational person would call #opinion. He suggests #political truth, which any rational person would call a #premise with which a rational person could #agree or #disagree. He then suggests the only actual truth - #objectivetruth.

While we all recognize that #marketing wins out, @masterclass should not be #targeting those least equipped to benefit from their materials, unless they have now taken the position that their materials are of no value to a #rational person.
