I'm starting a long fast from today.

It's 8 AM again successfully reached the 60-hour mark
Idk why I had a troubled sleep last night even after taking 400mg of magnesium glycinate. Apart from that, everything else is fine besides my lips looking as dried squid and there are a few small breakouts on my face all good

As a compromise, I bought some Electral ORS packs.
But to my bad luck, after doing some research I found that each sachet contains about 11 calories (which technically breaks a pure fast) and only 150 mg of elemental potassium, which seems quite low.

Now I'm not sure whether I should take them or not. From the very beginning I wanted this to be a pure water fast. Eleven if calories are very small amount, but it still feels like it goes against the goal.

If you stand in truth, nothing can touch you. Many people will defend the indefensible but that's on them. That's speaks volumes about their morality. I love defending what is right, what is just. You can't separate what a person does in their personal life from anything.
