30 year old WF, active, mom of a 2 year old, woke up with sharp pain 1 yr ago, no trauma, now right calf claudication, and right upper thigh focal sharp pain with movement and touch. MRI – non-specific muscle changes. Rheum w/u negative. Duplex >300 cm/s. Next step? Biopsy?

I can't imagine the stress or having to make life or death decisions for patients. The pain of dealing with death and tragedy. Intellectually we all know that Twitter isn't really representative of anything but Twitter. But the abuse on this platform towards MDs is wrong
