Incidentally, accountability is precisely why it's worth the risk for people like myself to visit places like Kramatorsk (and even closer to the front lines). I personally know soldiers using the trucks and equipment I delivered. I've slept in their safe houses and seen first hand what they do day to day, and how they're using the donations. Of course, a lot of details I can't say publicly due to the needs of military secrecy. But donors trust me to use their money wisely and direct it to the most effective uses, and one reason why I can uphold that because I've taken the risk of actually being there.
