Leo High School Choir captured our hearts this year in their incredible performance on America’s Got Talent. When President Obama met them this week on his trip in Chicago, they captured his heart, too, with their infectious enthusiasm and an impromptu performance of “U Will Know” from supergroup Black Men United.

Went to the doctor yesterday to get some blood work. I did not have to but these @onepeloton workouts require me to take off my shirt as much as possible to show off these results. I little treat for my phlebotomist.
