Grey Kangaroo numbers down in the #Coonabarabran region by 400,000 since last year. There were no significant floods in that region. Hunting is out of control and affects populations more than just mortality. abc.net.au/news/2023-12-30/k…

Absolutely. Giraffes are becoming endangered. We don’t need hunters killing ANY wildlife there.

This giraffe gently bows his head to communicate with this biker. How sweet & curious giraffes are. Beings have their way of communicating with those who look & listen. 📽️Mosertimmy

In my home county of Cheshire, we've lost 99% of our wildflower meadows. 99%! Let's encourage wildflowers on verges and public spaces. They look beautiful and are great for our declining pollinators.
Dear councils, 97% of meadows are gone. So please make a commitment for next year. If you have wildflowers on verges and in public spaces, don't poison them or over-mow them. Let them grow as a lifeline for insects like bees, butterflies and hoverflies 🐝

#theBeeAt3 Basic bee facts every day at 3pm. # 63. Large female worker #bumblebees are better at foraging so smaller female workers tend to concentrate on in-nest jobs such as nursing and incubating. Are they better at these tasks? No - the larger #bees can be better here too!
