Run Clubs? More Like Soy Clubs.
Clubbing is dead and has been replaced by fitness & wellness. Ppl used to party to socialize and date but now they do things like HYROX, bathhouses, and running raves. The death of clubbing is something to be studied: — US has lost 12% of its nightclubs in the last 24 months — 25% of US adults didn’t drink at all last year — Gen Z drinks 30% less than Millennials did at the same age On the flip side: — According to Strava, the number of running clubs recorded on the platform increased 3.5x in 2025 — 72% of Gen Z go to run clubs to meet new people — Sauna and spa market: $11.8B → $22.4B by 2034 The post-alcohol economy is gonna be a massive category.

I am not cool with this. I have intelligent conversations with these guys. About commanding the high branches And keeping a low profile. Most are not doing this.

Most People Aren’t Doing This Kind of On-the-Ground Salsa Research. .
I'm starting to believe the local Mexicans who live in San Ángel of Mexico City HATE anything that is spicy 🔥 Trying enchiladas again at another very popular fine dining restaurant The salsa isn't spicy at all and tastes like tomato Yesterday I was at another nice and popular restaurant and was told how spicy each salsas were "This one is VERY VERY spicy" he told me Was mid in spiciness Almost a week here and having tried 10 of the more popular restaurants and still haven't found nothing spicy And it's not like they're tourist traps or full of gringos 99% locals People here just don't seem to know what spicy is So next time a Mexican tells you "the salsas in CDMX aren't spicy cuz of the gringo expats" Just know that is BULLSHIT. Kinda Local upper class Mexicans seem to hold some blame too for at least some neighborhoods like this one

Most aren’t willing to do this.
Today I took my first long walk outside without either my phone, wallet, or cash. I've been wanting to do it for years, but never got around to it—something always prompted me to bring at least my phone, "just in case". I walked all the way to the cliffs a few miles from where I'm staying in Polignano a Mare, the nearest sign of life being probably back where I started, and stood there at the very edge of the cliff staring at the ocean for a good half an hour, contemplating swimming towards the nearest rock a few hundreds yards away, smoking a couple of cigarettes, feeling the wind on my face. It was a very 'wanderer above the sea of fog' kind of moment—easily the closest I've ever been to feeling truly relaxed. I think this marks the end of my "holiday".

- smoke the cig - drink the coffee - enjoy the wine - eat the cake - watch the movie - read the novel - listen to the music enjoy your damn life for once. thinking that you have to avoid everything "bad" is the biggest bs the gurus sold you. become antifragile. if you think it benefits you, it will. just ENJOY. as long as you don't sin, it's all good. a healthy body can handle anything. stop thinking so much. start retardmaxxing.
