While at @mengo_hospital โs Dialysis Unit, I saw more than machines and hospital beds. I saw courage. I saw exhausted families holding onto hope. I saw young nurses fighting every day to keep strangers alive.
Since 2022, this @KampalaSouth supported unit has become one of Ugandaโs most affordable dialysis centers, giving hundreds a second chance at life. But the need is growing faster than the support available.
That is why I challenged members of @KampalaSouth to go beyond themselves, to rally friends, partners, and every willing hand because some battles in our communities cannot wait.
To kickstart the expansion toward a modern 10-bed dialysis unit, I committed UGX 5 million through the Kitakule Foundation.
The need is urgent. But together, so is our response.
