I love attribution. But not at the expense of effective marketing / advertising. Measure what you can. But don't stop doing stuff that has worked because "it's too hard to measure."

In my experience, talking to the people making the sales (whether salespeople or CEO) has been a wonderful way to understand things like brand promise and customer objections/concerns. Perfect content fodder.
