I'M A QUITTER!
Wait, what? "Some kind of coach, you must be Stephen" I hear you say
"Is this some kind of reverse psychology mind-trick thing?"
Nope. It's a fact.
I quit my job. Handed in my notice. Burned my boats. Stood down. Relinquished my position. Surrendered my role.
Okay, you get the message.
It's a big deal for me. And my family.
In the last 18-months, I've been coaching on the side while still working 4-days a week for the NIHR.
I know, crazy right. Growing a coaching business AND having a national job.
But...my coaching business is really starting to take off. I'm super proud of it. I worked really hard on it.
And so, I am going out on my own. Backing myself to succeed at something I absolutely love.
Which means, after nearly 30 years as a salaryman, I am going to try my hand at being the man.
Can't wait to get started.
Wish me luck π
