The City of Toronto spent *millions* on “raccoon proof” compost bins for our green waste program. I like to think about this when I start my day cleaning up the half-eaten contents of the bin that have strewn about by the adolescent raccoons in my neighbourhood ~3 mornings a week

We checked the docs, and it doesn't look like there's a 'terraform observe' command.
I guess we'll just have to release a provider. Available now & verified by @HashiCorp!
