Definitely. Good teachers are the most cost effective educational technology by far. The trouble is, producing them requires both financial and cultural investment.

I’d maintain that investing in teachers is actually more effective and also cheaper than investing in edtech... Teachers just don’t have the same marketing machine behind them.
